Shipping

Skin Cool Cryogen can only ship HAZMAT within the continental 48 states via surface transportation only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

Shipping Time Frame
We make our best effort to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped the same day if they are received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time during weekdays (non-holiday). Weekend or holiday orders will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Dates
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. SkinCoolCryogen.com will ship your order by FedEx or UPS Ground. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on Monday evening. Orders placed on a public holiday are sent the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
When applicable a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive the information via email.  If you have created an account with us, you will also be able to log in at any time to view your order status.

Signature Required
All cryogen orders we ship require signature on delivery for proof of delivery.

Order Status
You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. You may sign in at SkinCoolCryogen.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.

Hazardous Materials
Cryogen is classified as hazardous material. Due to Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping regulations, cryogen cannot be returned by a consumer for any reason.

Returns Policy
All hazardous materials are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE. Damaged or defective cryogen (HAZMAT) are eligible for replacement, however cryogen should not be shipped back to skincoolcryogen.com due to hazardous materials shipping regulations. Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note 'damaged' with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.

Refused shipment
If you refuse a package upon delivery or your package is undeliverable due to customer error or oversight, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision.
